Summary

Administrative support in the College of Innovation and Technology that will involve data entry and general office assistance with special projects and event planning.

Required Qualifications*

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in the College of Innovation and Technology at the University of Michigan-Flint
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Available to work a minimum of 10 - 15 hours per week for the duration of the position
  • Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Qualifications*

  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Work Schedule

This position is for 10-15 hours per week and is scheduled to conclude at the end of the Winter 2025 semester, with the option of an extension should additional work become available.
