Job Summary

As the Administrative/Project Coordinator, you will support the EVPCFO Office of Planning and Strategic Initiatives (OPSI). Working in our dynamic office environment, you will help keep our strategic initiatives and projects running smoothly by assisting with a range of administrative tasks, logistical planning, and managing events. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy balancing a variety of priorities, coordinating across teams, working with multiple stakeholders, and managing resources. Critically important for success is an ability to exercise professionalism in handling confidential information and deploying diplomacy in all actions.

Responsibilities*

  • Manage administrative tasks such as complex calendars, travel and expense reporting, and meeting coordination with an eye toward attention to detail
  • Develop plans for large-scale events including communications, logistics, registration, food, room reservations, and programmatic content; implement the plan and manage the event day of
  • Provide project support to the team including coordinating projects, tracking task completion and ensuring the seamless execution of tasks
  • Lead inventory and supply management for our office
  • Collaborate with team members for planning activities and use your customer service skills to address issues and solve problems
  • Assess activities based on shifting priorities and identify a thoughtful path forward
  • Communicate, in all forms, with your team and demonstrate proficiency in document creation and distribution

Required Qualifications*

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience including complex task and calendar management
  • Previous experience managing events
  • Demonstrated commitment to an inclusive workplace and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and other business tools in a PC environment.
