Job Summary
We are looking for employees who can join our catering teams part-time, up to 16 hours a week. This job would involve helping our team prepare for events and organize the equipment needed to execute our events successfully and assisting with catering deliveries across the Ann Arbor campus. Primary responsibilities include collecting food and drinks from the catering kitchen, delivering food to the correct location, and connecting with the client to finalize the delivery. There are 3 locations for this position but all have flexible hours. This position is different from a Catering Server, as the position does not involve working any catered events.
Responsibilities*
- Accurately read and understand catering contracts
- Communicate with catering managers and chefs regarding any questions on catering contracts
- Check all food and bar signage for errors
- Help with daily inventory needs
- Gather equipment and supplies for events
- Help set tables and buffets for in-house events
- Must be able to work independently
- Able to navigate the Ann Arbor campus safely and effectively
Required Qualifications*
- Effective communication skills
- High School Diploma
- Able to pass a background check
Additional Information
This role may have reporting obligations under Title IX and Clery.

Salary may vary depending on qualifications, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
Relocation will not be offered for this position.
