Job Summary
Duties include but are not limited to:- Email Blasts (Events/Recruitment/Job Alerts)
- Enter Job Postings/Employer contacts as needed
- Create Bulletin Board ICMC Advertising as needed
- Create Flyers
- Office Coverage/screening students for Walk-In appointments
Event Assistance (on-Campus or Virtual) - Assistance with the collection of "Experiential Learning" data
- Assist with assigned BI Course tracking duties
- Create designated excel sheets as needed
- Utilize the 12/Twenty Employment Online Software
- Other assigned duties as needed
Required Qualifications*
- Career Connections - Powered by 12-Twenty (ICMC can train in this software program)
- Intermediate User of CANVA
- Intermediate User of Word and Excel
- Digital Marketing Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to turn-in projects in a timely manner
Desired Qualifications*
Open to all College of Business majorsJunior Class Status
