Job Summary

Duties include but are not limited to: 
  • Email Blasts (Events/Recruitment/Job Alerts)
  • Enter Job Postings/Employer contacts as needed
  • Create Bulletin Board ICMC Advertising  as needed 
  • Create Flyers
  • Office Coverage/screening students for Walk-In appointments
    Event Assistance (on-Campus or Virtual)
  • Assistance with the collection of "Experiential Learning" data
  • Assist with assigned BI Course tracking duties
  • Create designated excel sheets as needed
  • Utilize the 12/Twenty Employment Online Software 
  • Other assigned duties as needed
 Hours per week: 20 Hours a week (Mostly remote unless the ICMC has events or the preparation of events, then the interns will be expected to be on campus.

Required Qualifications*

  • Career Connections - Powered by 12-Twenty (ICMC can train in this software program)
  • Intermediate User of CANVA
  • Intermediate User of Word and Excel
  • Digital Marketing Skills 
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to turn-in projects in a timely manner

Desired Qualifications*

Open to all College of Business majors

Junior Class Status

Candidates may be work study eligible students.
