Job Summary
The Physician Assistant (PA) Department is seeking to hire an administrative assistant senior to support our faculty, students, staff and community. This position reports to the Office Manager.
Responsibilities*
- Provide office support to faculty, staff and community
- Administration of social networking and promotion efforts. Including but not limited to: developing print and online communication materials
- Serve as the administrator for department student groups or organizations
- Manage event planning for department functions
- Provide administrative support to the program, directors and faculty in all aspects of student assessment activities
- Draft components of accreditation reports and annual program reports
- Organize and maintain student electronic files
- Order classroom and office supplies
- Provide support for meetings as assigned
- Provide support to department faculty in preparation of course materials
- Assist in the preparation and processing of all expense reports and financial transactions for the department

Required Qualifications*
- High school education or equivalent
- Four (4) or more years of administrative support experience
- Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom

Hybrid
The work requirements allow both onsite and offsite work and an employee has an expected recurring onsite presence. On occasion, the employee may be required and must be available to work onsite more frequently if necessitated by unit leadership or their designee and/or the job requirements.
