Job Summary
The Office of Action-based Learning (OABL) helps Ross students develop their leadership talent through action-based learning programs that connect the world of ideas to the world of practice.
Action-based learning is a creative, interactive experience that integrates individual preparation, team-based projects, and classroom discussion. These learning opportunities come in the form of the Multidisciplinary Action Projects (MAP) Program or other consulting project-based courses in which a team of students address a business challenge on behalf of the sponsoring organization. What You'll Do
As the Data and Operations Coordinator, you will support all action-based learning programs across various degree programs primarily through the maintenance of the Airtable platform. You will work with program managers and industry relations to manage data, create automations and interfaces to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. You will create and maintain master schedules and evaluations for our programs and support the team on other administrative needs such as meeting minutes and other documentation. You will report to the Managing Director of the Office of Action- Based Learning.

Responsibilities*
Data and Technology Support and Coordination (70%)
- Maintain key unit technology platform, Airtable, including data management, automations, and interface design.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports using Airtable and the proprietary MAP Admin tool.
- Maintain Salesforce database of prospective and current sponsors.
- Utilize Canvas, Qualtrics, Peerceptiv, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Applications to coordinate and communicate with students, faculty and other stakeholders.
- Solicit and respond to feedback regarding data activities; identify and recommend opportunities to use technology, and change procedures to improve program operations.
Programming Support (20%)
- Coordinate detailed team scheduling for all programs, working with students and faculty.
- Support courses by organizing and analyzing course evaluations and other data tracking.
Other Administrative Support (10%)
- Maintain and disseminate team meeting minutes for internal staff meetings as well as program debriefs.
- Maintain office shared drive, building out new file and folder structures.
- Document processes and established standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications*
- 3+ years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in AirTable and Google Apps (or other similar systems).
- Experience handling confidential situations.
- Experience with logistics related to scheduling.
- Experience working in a customer service-oriented environment with constituents of all levels.
- Experience writing communications (emails, meeting agendas and notes, summary documents) that are used.
Modes of Work

Salary Information:
The posting range for this position is $49,700 - 58,300. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
