Job Summary
To conduct systematically computational analysis of tumor and tumor microenvironment and associations with patient phenotypes. To conduct bioinformatics data analysis on single-cell and spatial genomics, and bulk level RNA-Seq, CHIP-Seq, ATAC-Seq analysis for diseases such as cancers. To build databases for cancer patient therapies and make GUI accessible to collaborators. To help with training junior students, and grant proposal writing. Other minimal lab management is assigned as needed.

Responsibilities*
This person is expected to both lead and collaborate on projects, publish scientific papers and present in joint lab meetings with collaborators.
Required Qualifications*
- Obtained PhD degrees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills contributing to a strong team environment are required.
- Previous experience in publishing scientific papers
- Familiarity with Unix command and bioinformatics programming languages (R, Python etc).
Desired Qualifications*
Knowledge of modern molecular & cell biology and/or biomedicine.
