Responsibilities*
This is a 6-month temporary assignment, part time or full time depending on the candidate's availability. This position will support website maintenance, ensure adherence to CHRT's brand standards, manage social media, contribute to storytelling efforts, and execute communication strategies.
Write engaging communications content for newsletters, website, social media, and internal communications.
Ensure all content aligns with CHRT's mission, vision, values and editorial guidelines.
Coordinate communications for CHRT projects, ensuring alignment with project priorities.
Identify appropriate delivery methods for communication materials, such as targeted emails, presentations, print materials, and online articles.
Contribute to the design and development of communication materials that meet the needs of target audiences and organizational objectives.
Gather and evaluate feedback from communication efforts to recommend and implement improvements.
Assist in analyzing and comparing potential courses of action, providing support in decision-making processes.
Perform assigned tasks independently, while seeking guidance when necessary, to ensure the effective execution of communication strategies.

Modes of Work

Background Screening
