Job Summary
The Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy is looking for an Admissions Coordinator for our new online Master of Public Affairs (MPA). You'll engage with prospective students, shape their journey through the application process, manage events to boost enrollment and support marketing and communications initiatives for the Online MPA program. You will report to the MPA Program Manager.

Responsibilities*
Admission & recruitment (70%):
- Meet, counsel, and engage with prospective and admitted students throughout the recruitment, admissions, and enrollment process to answer questions and promote interest, applications, and enrollment
- Process applications and evaluate candidates for admission
- Develop and manage events related to recruitment, admissions, and enrollment
- Monitor admissions and enrollment trends
- Use Salesforce to track interactions and streamline the admissions and recruitment process
General student services support (20%)
- Support the Program Manager with onsite orientation and other events and activities
- Assist the Program Manager in tracking and evaluating engagement after enrollment
Marketing & communications (10%)
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to support strategies for marketing and outreach for the Online MPA program.
Required Qualifications*
- Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience\
- 4+ years of professional experience in student affairs or administration, recruiting & admissions, or related field
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software (Salesforce, Slate, etc.) to track and analyze prospective student engagement
- Experience with virtual engagement platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), for recruitment and enrollment
