Job Summary
The Robotics department is seeking a professional, experienced, and highly organized Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the Department Chair and the broader department. In this vital role you will be responsible for complex calendar management and coordination of high-level meetings. You will play a key role in faculty recruitment and advancement processes. This on-site position reports to the Unit Administrator and offers the opportunity of one remote workday per week depending on departmental priorities and supervisor approval.

Responsibilities*
- Manage and maintain the Chair's calendar
- Coordinate recurring department meetings
- Plan and execute Chair-led events
- Organize all aspects of faculty search, casebooks, and promotion and tenure processes
- Organize and approve conference room reservations
- Assist with Faculty and non-employed student reimbursements
- Other Administrative support as needed
Required Qualifications*
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5 years or more administrative support, preferably supporting senior leadership
- Demonstrated proficiency with calendar and meeting management
- Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and communication skills
- Comfort with interacting with diverse stakeholders including, faculty, staff, students, and external partners
