Job Summary
The Director of MPower and Entrepreneurship plays a vital role in supporting the holistic development of Michigan Football student-athletes. This position is responsible for designing and managing programs that enhance players' career readiness, personal growth, and post-football success, while also contributing to recruiting and alumni engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities*
- Identify, source, and manage career development internship opportunities for Michigan Football players.
- Develop and oversee personal development immersion experiences tailored to student-athlete growth.
- Collaborate with the football program on recruiting efforts, providing support during on-campus activities and visits.
- Support career exploration and professional networking opportunities for Michigan Football alumni.
- Provide mentorship and guidance on career and personal development for current players.
- Foster meaningful relationships with alumni and assist in ongoing alumni relations strategies.
- Host and lead tours of the Michigan Football practice and training facilities for various stakeholders.

Required Qualifications*
- 2-3 years of administrative support experience
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Strong work ethic
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
