Job Summary

The Department of Information and Operations Management in the College of Business at the University of Michigan-Dearborn invites applications for a Lecturer I position to teach ISM 120 during the Fall 2025 semester.

Similar courses will also be offered in the Winter 2026 semester (January-April). The College welcomes applicants interested in teaching only in Fall, only in Winter, or throughout the full academic year, as well as those available to teach one or both sections.

Required Qualifications*

Prospective candidates should minimally possess a graduate degree in a relevant discipline. Relevant work and teaching experience is desirable. Strong communication skills are needed.
Preference will be given to those with strong professional experience in Information Systems Management and those with a history of teaching excellence in this discipline.

This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the Lecturers Employee Organization, AFL-CIO, which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
