Job Summary

The CASL Internship Center is seeking a candidate able to begin in late August and able to continue employment throughout the 2025-2026 academic year.   An average of 15 hours can be expected, with flexible scheduling around course schedules. Possibility of increasing to 20 hours per week if schedule permits.  Must be able to work in minimum 2-hour blocks during the work day. We are open 9 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday.   This position is fully in-person, located in the CASL building.  

Responsibilities*

  • Make classroom-recruiting visits
  • Update social media
  • Event planning
  • Creating correspondence
  • Maintaining files
  • Answering routine questions from faculty, students, and staff. 

Required Qualifications*

  • Sophomore or Junior status, preferred  
  • Interest in experiential education is essential.
  • Strong clerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, required.
  • Experience in public speaking is a plus.
