Duties:


The University of Michigan Department of Jazz and Contemporary Improvisation is seeking to hire a Lecturer to teach courses in Upper Level Improvisation,  advanced harmony, rhythm, repertoire, and transcription and analysis.    

Required Qualifications*

A D.M.A. in music is preferred, but applicants with an M.M. will also be considered.

This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the Lecturers Employee Organization, AFL-CIO, which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
