Job Summary
This position will provide administrative support to the global engagement team.
Days/Hours: 2-3 hours per day 3- 5 days per week (10 hours per week) through the end of November, 2025.
Responsibilities*
- Update contact records in the Association's customer relationship management tool (Salesforce)
- Add emails to listservs through email client (Marketing Cloud)
- Draft and send simple emails through email client (Marketing Cloud)
- Create event registrations for club and affiliate events
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications*
- Some administrative experience
- Attention to detail
Desired Qualifications*
- Experience with updating data in a CRM
- experience with email marketing platforms is a plus
Modes of Work

This position requires in person work for training and may be able to move to hybrid work after training.
