Responsibilities*

  • Will be assigned to SMT 445 (Smart Product Design and Development) as laboratory support but may assist additional courses as time allows.
  • Perform inventory of assigned spaces (no ordering)
  • Provide lab/lecture set up and support to assigned course and others as determined by supervisor
  • Maintain updated prep documents
  • Works with CIT Lab Support Supervisor where appropriate
  • Maintaining lab/lecture space readiness/cleanliness
  • Assist with robotics and computing prep where needed
     

Required Qualifications*

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience or relevant educational tech experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or experience
     

Desired Qualifications*

  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Familiarity with computing policies and procedures
  • Basic understanding of common robotics and computing equipment such as simulations, arms, tooling, ?
     

Modes of Work

Onsite
The work requires, or the supervisor approves a fully onsite presence.  Onsite is defined as a designated U-M owned or leased work location within or outside of the State of Michigan

Background Screening
