Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, service-oriented Copy Center Associate to join our team. This multifaceted role supports the full spectrum of copy center operations - including frontline customer service, machine operation, and bindery/finishing services. 

Responsibilities*

Customer Service Representative (50%)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via email, phone, and in person
  • Assess customer needs, answer questions regarding services, provide cost/time estimates, and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Process copy/print orders and troubleshoot basic customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with other staff to coordinate order fulfillment 

Machine Operator (25%)

  • Prepare, set up, and operate high-speed copiers, printers, and reproduction equipment
  • Adjust machine settings, monitor print quality, and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Complete print jobs efficiently and according to specifications
  • Perform basic machine maintenance as needed

Bindery/Finishing (25%)

  • Operate bindery equipment (binder, folder, cutter, collator, laminator) to finish printed materials
  • Inspect finished items for quality assurance
  • Package finished orders for delivery or pickup
  • Assist with routine equipment maintenance and supply inventory

Required Qualifications*

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Mechanical aptitude and capacity to learn and operate standard copy center equipment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity and capacity for repetitive motion
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Qualifications*

  • Previous experience in a print/copy center environment
  • Familiarity with high-speed copiers, printers, and bindery equipment
  • Experience with order management/tracking systems

Work Schedule

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday 7:30-4:00 

Modes of Work

Additional Information

Work Environment:

Position requires frequent standing, lifting and handling of print materials and supplies.
