Responsibilities*

Train and assist with mammalian cell culture, membrane protein expression and purification, yeast-display antibody selection, and cellular signaling assays. The research efforts will support ongoing projects in the Skiba lab, which focus on developing antibodies as precise pharmacological tools to study receptor biology and identify new avenues to treat disease.
