Job Summary

This position is for WORK-STUDY undergraduates of UM-Dearborn only, for the Winter 26 term.

Responsibilities are:

  • Answer phones
  • Typing
  • Triaging of student and faculty requests
  • Copying, scanning
  • Helping with set up of departmental events
  • Sorting of mail
  • and other duties as requested

In need of a student for the Winter 2026 term.  This position can be extended if the need is there for future semesters but the hours could be different.

Mondays - 12:00 - 5:00p

Wednesdays 12:00 - 5:00p

Fridays 12:00 - 5:00p

This is an on-campus position.

Required Qualifications*

  • Must be an Undergraduate of UM-Dearborn
  • Must be Work-Study eligible
  • Must know how to use Word, and Excel
  • Must be comfortable answering the telephone

Desired Qualifications*

  • Be able to use PowerPoint
  • Be able to use Publisher
