Responsibilities*
Cleaning patient's teeth, x-rays and periodontal charting
Works with DFA providers to provide oral hygiene care to Periodontic patients
Cleaning Instruments
Managing patient recall system and sending out recall cards
Required Qualifications*
Two year's of experience as a Dental Hygienist and a BA in dental hygiene

Modes of Work
Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.
Additional Information
This is a 80% FTE or 32 hours per week 1 year term limited position. The prorated 80% salary range is $59,225.60 to $85,972.80.
Background Screening
