Job Summary
You will lead daily project management and execution of comprehensive marketing and communications initiatives that support university fundraising objectives. You will manage the development and delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns. These campaigns will include direct mail, publications, videos, email communications, website content and design, landing pages, and other strategic collateral. Our goal of these campaigns is to acquire, retain, and steward donors and constituents across all giving levels. You will lead cross-functional teams through the complete project lifecycle, ensuring quality deliverables and seamless coordination across our departments and external partners.

Responsibilities*
Project Management (60%)
- Manage projects end-to-end, including triple constraint of scope, schedule, and budget throughout the project lifecycle
- In collaboration with project owners, develop and communicate project goals, direction, priorities, and approach
- Convene project teams, identify the resources and roles necessary for a project's success, and develop implementation plans and timelines for projects
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and reports to ensure completion of projects
- Identify, document, communicate, and resolve issues and risks, and manage changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Manage consensus among partners with different viewpoints and priorities
- By project, shar responsibility for creating and validating complex data requests ranging up to 160+ segments and over 200,000 records. This includes managing constituent relationships and solicitation tracks amongst many channels and across any testing environments
- Share responsibility for Data Quality Control on projects including validation of data internally, at the vendor and during the production process. This includes creating and judging what-if scenarios and their outcomes
- Perform other organizational tasks as assigned
Partner Team Management Process Development (30%)
- Be a strategic planning partner to our OUD partner teams, providing process expertise and tactical execution knowledge for the program area
- Guide strategy in future partner projects by engineering and managing a collaborative project management process
Resource Planning and Production Management (5%)
- Research/identify production vendors, consultants, and suppliers, including the preparation of Requests for Quotes
- Work with university collaborators, and our external vendors to produce and deliver print, web, and digital products
Manager Responsibilities (5%)

- Hire and onboard staff; foster professional growth through coaching, feedback, and career development; manage performance, recognizing achievements and addressing issues.
- Align decisions with organizational goals; identity possible effects of decisions on others; assess risks and make data-informed decisions
- Follow organizational policies and maintain a management approach; promote a positive work environment; act in the best interest of the team and organization.
Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience, including leading teams and working with vendors.
