Job Summary
The Department of Mathematics and Statistics is seeking an undergraduate student mentor STEM courses during the Winter 2026 term.
This is a paid position that offers experience helping students and an opportunity to work closely with a faculty member with teaching STEM courses.
The Mentor can expect to work up to 6-8 hours a week during the term.
Employment as a mentor can qualify as work study.
Responsibilities*
The mentor will be responsible for assisting the faculty member with in-class group work.
Required Qualifications*
The student mentor should have access to a stable internet connect and a computer for remote teaching.
Desired Qualifications*
Priority will be given to students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Modes of Work
