Responsibilities*
Routine laboratory tasks, including reagent preparation, microbiological cultures, sample processing, data collection/analysis
Routine laboratory management, including ordering, inventory, routine equipment maintenance, training of new lab members
Other duties as needed
Required Qualifications*
A successful application will have a bachelor's degree and at least 1-2 years laboratory experience. Basic knowledge of record keeping, organization of research samples, basic biological laboratory techniques, and basic statistics. Excellent attendance record. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications*
Experience working with methodologies involved in dental caries research (fluoride analyses, mineral loss assessment)

Additional Information
This is a 1-year term appointment with the possibility of renewal following the initial year. The is a 80% FTE position and the pro-rated posting range is $30,400-$35,600
