Job Summary
As a strategic partner for Health and Well-being Services/MHealthy, the Health and Well-being Services Systems Supervisor bridges the gap between departmental goals and technical execution by overseeing IT portfolio management and system integrations. You will lead the evaluation and management of select applications of the Health and Well-being Services/MHealthy application suite and vendor partnerships. You will ensure that all digital tools remain compliant and accessible. Beyond technical oversight, you will mentor a dedicated Business Systems Analyst. You will utilize objective and key results, and emerging technologies like AI to promote innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities*
- Partner with leadership to align technology roadmaps with organizational goals, translating complex needs into applicable technical requirements.
- Champion latest technologies like AI and automation while developing business cases and financial analyses for new system integrations.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of select applications of the Health and Well-being Services/MHealthy application suite, managing vendor Service level agreements and conducting gap analyses,
- Manage and mentor the MHealthy Business Systems Analyst using goals to drive performance, foster a positive culture, and support professional career growth.
- Oversee systems support and complex ticket resolution to support customer service and technical reliability.
- Guarantee all digital tools meet University security standards and accessibility requirements through proactive monitoring and staff training.
Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a related or similar position including business process analysis, software vendor management, software solution identification or moving from legacy to cloud-based systems
- Demonstrated experience with staff supervision, with an ability to manage performance and mentor staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, reporting, and data analysis
- Project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with users, IT teams, and leadership partners
- Applied understanding of IT infrastructure and information assurance security policy
