Responsibilities*
The role will include, but not be limited to, working with a multidisciplinary clinical and administrative team to support delegated calls, complete patient required forms, proficiently start IVs, injections, assist with brachytherapy patient population and other delegated functions.
Must be an active team player with the ability to work independently
Possess strong organization and prioritization skills
Must have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Must have proficiency using and documenting in an electronic medical record
Must have demonstrated problem solving skills
Required Qualifications*
- Current licensure as an LPN in the State of Michigan.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing
- Two (2) years or more of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinic/ambulatory care setting.
NOTE: In order to be considered for this position the applicant must have met or will have met all the required qualifications prior to the start date of employment.

Desired Qualifications*
- Experience in an Ambulatory Clinic Setting
- Ability to start and remove peripheral IV?s
- Experience with an electronic medical record
- Experience with FMLA and other paperwork tasks
- Proficiency with computer skills including keyboarding
- Experience in working with a hematology or oncology patient population

Modes of Work

Work Schedule
Hours/Week: Part time, 8 hour shifts, 3 days one week, 2 days the following week, rotation.
Shift/Hours/Days:
Day Shift; Monday-Friday, may include Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays in the future if clinic hours expand
Hours may be variable (based on patient and volume needs)
Location:
Rogel Cancer Center ? Ann Arbor with potential to work in other locations with expansion of division.
