Job Summary

The University of Michigan Department of Dermatology seeks a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon to join our growing and talented faculty team.

We seek candidates dedicated to clinical excellence. This position will provide direct patient care, including Mohs micrographic and dermatologic surgery in the outpatient clinic based at the University of Michigan Frances & Kenneth Eisenberg Troy Center for Specialty Care in Troy, Michigan. 

Opportunities for mentorship and outreach across the entire learning community, as well as participation in clinical scholarship and organizational service are available and strongly encouraged. 

Required Qualifications*

Applicants must possess:

  • An M.D. or equivalent degree 
  • Board certification in Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD), and board certification or board eligibility in Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery 
  • Eligibility for full (unrestricted) medical licensure in the State of Michigan
     

The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with other faculty and clinical colleagues. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Evidence of excellence in patient care is expected.

Background Screening
