Purpose:

The Program Manager, Executive Education manages assigned custom, open enrollment, international and other programs for the Executive Education Program. Your goal is to ensure growth through program quality, customer satisfaction, and faculty satisfaction while contributing to team goals and meeting quality standards and budget expectations. You will report to the Programs Manager Team Leader.

You will travel up to 50%. Destinations include Europe, Middle East, the Asia-Pacific region. This position is included in the bargaining unit represented by the University Staff United (USU), which represents bargaining unit members in all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.

Responsibilities*

  • Lead planning and delivery of virtual and in-person executive education programs (open enrollment, custom, and international), ensuring a high-quality participant experience
  • Manage end-to-end program logistics including materials, scheduling, space, AV, food, and special events (e.g., tours, off-site dinners)
  • Partner with faculty, program directors, and internal teams to support program design, content development, and delivery
  • Oversee program budgets and timelines, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with program goals
  • Monitor participant satisfaction, troubleshoot issues in real time, and implement improvements based on program evaluations
  • Build and maintain client relationships, supporting outreach and promotion of executive education offerings
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and supporting new program/product development
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine program messaging and materials based on market and client feedback
  • Develop and manage relationships with faculty, supporting program preparation, delivery, and feedback loops
  • Support broader team initiatives and special projects that enhance Executive Education programs and operations

Required Qualifications*

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, education, project management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant work, including some experience in Program Management.
  • Experience managing budgets and coordinating complex logistics (events, training programs, conferences, etc.).
  • Experience working with faculty/subject matter experts or similar stakeholders, to execute programs.
  • Familiarity with virtual and in-person learning environments and technologies used for both.
  • Business development experience in sales or client engagement roles.
  • International experience or familiarity with managing programs or clients across multiple regions and cultures.

Additional Information

Salary Information:

The posting range for this position is $58,300 to $71,900. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
