Job Summary
The Department of Dance seeks a Dance and Somatic Practitioner with expertise in contemporary dance and yoga to teach within the department's studio curriculum. The instructor will provide high-quality movement-based instruction that integrates improvisational dance practices with somatic approaches and yoga methodologies, supporting students' technical development, physical awareness, creative inquiry, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities*
Duties: Responsibilities include course preparation, instruction, assessment of student progress, and participation in departmental activities related to the course as appropriate.
Required Qualifications*
Qualifications: Candidates should demonstrate significant professional experience in contemporary dance and yoga instruction, a strong understanding of somatic practices, and a commitment to inclusive and student-centered pedagogy within a diverse academic and artistic environment.
