Responsibilities*
Basic biomedical research incorporating in vitro systems (primary cell culture, organoid models); animal work (mouse colony management, morphometrics); biochemical (western, QPCR) and histological tissue analysis. Labor provided by a technically experienced individual is critical for the completion of the indicated studies?which will set the table for future grant applications.
This person will be managing the transgenic mouse colony, conducting in vivo therapeutic trials in mice, and leveraging existing in-vitro expertise work to define the molecular changes in muscle stromal cells from mice subjected to diet-induced obesity.
Required Qualifications*
Bachelor's Degree is required.
1-3 years of experience in a related field.
Master's Degree preferred.
