Job Summary
The Office of Admissions is seeking a Data Processor. The Data Processor will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing large volumes of data, ensuring its quality and integrity.
This position reports to the Senior Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions.
Responsibilities*
- Enter data accurately and efficiently according to established procedures for processing applications for admission.
- Receive applications and other documents submitted electronically for completeness, accuracy and admissibility according to established procedures.
- Correspond with Undergraduate Admissions staff and other university employees regarding applications and procedures.
- Compose and send email correspondence to applicants when information submitted is missing, incomplete or requires clarification.
- Utilize Image Now software to electronically image and link file documents to a student's electronic file and file paper documents after imaging.
Required Qualifications*
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of data entry or related experience.
- Proficiency in data entry and use of office software.

Modes of Work
Hybrid: The work requirements allow both onsite and offsite work and an employee has an expected recurring onsite presence. On occasion, the employee may be required and must be available to work onsite more frequently if necessitated by unit leadership or their designee and/or the job requirements.
