Job Summary

The Management & Organizations Area at Michigan Ross invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position, beginning in September 2027. We are excited to welcome a new colleague to our diverse community of scholars who share a passion for studying organizations. We seek candidates whose research and teaching interests lie in organizational theory or macro organizational behavior. We welcome applicants from business schools and related disciplines (e.g., sociology). 

Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong research record or potential, a deep commitment to the study of organizations, and an eagerness to contribute to our collaborative culture and mentor doctoral students.

Required Qualifications*

Candidates must have earned a doctorate by July 1, 2027, and demonstrate the ability and commitment to conduct high-quality scholarly research and excel in the classroom. The successful candidate should be prepared to teach effectively across our BBA, MBA, PhD, and Executive Education programs.
