Job Summary
The Department of Mathematics and Statistics is seeking an undergraduate student research assistant for the Winter 2025. term (January-April 30, 2025). The selected applicant will work on an existing project: Theoretical aspects of machine learning and computational social science, including but not limited to police violence and surveillance.
This position will be under the supervision of Dr. Tian An Wong.
Required Qualifications*
Current UM-Dearborn undergraduate.
Excellent organizational, analytic, and communication skills.
Experience in statistics, mathematical proofs, and coding required.
