Job Summary

The University of Michigan Department of Internal Medicine is seeking candidates for a faculty position in the Division of Nephrology. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in patient care and teaching in inpatient and outpatient settings and have some clinical research responsibilities.

Required Qualifications*

The ideal candidate should have an M.D. degree, postgraduate clinical training, and experience in the area of nephrology. They should hold or have the ability to obtain the appropriate medical licenses in the state of Michigan. Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with other researchers. Excellent communication skills are essential. Evidence of clinical competence and competence in clinical and didactic teaching is expected.
