Join the IR Inventory Team to support the supply chain needs of the Clinical Services.

Responsibilities*
- Successfully manage inventory to ensure the Right Product, Right Quantity, Right Place, and Right Time occurs to meet clinical needs.
- Manage multiple services (product lines) of clinical inventory necessary to support IR specialties.
- Analyzes data from multiple system interfaces to diligently plan, submit, and track inventory orders.
- Ensure that supplies are received and inventoried in a timely and effective basis to meet service level targets.
- Sourcing and procure substitutions for backordered/unavailable items.
- Track of backorders and effectively communicates pertinent information to clinical partners.
- Work closely with clinicians on a regular basis to support daily operations and manage complex conditions.
- Ensure the integrity of information in the various systems utilized by the supply chain team is correct and optimally configured to accomplish the supply chain objectives.
- Direct and collaborate with internal and external teams to reduce inventory variation, improve cost, and improve the service we provide.
- Track and achieve assigned supply chain goals / key performance indicators.
- Support the institution on projects, initiatives, and other tasks as needed.
- Directly works with vendors and manufacturers regarding all facets of inventory; billing reconciliation, item changes, consignment levels, supply concerns, order tracking, warranty, packaging, recalls, and more.
- Ensure items used in clinical cases have been recorded and billed appropriately.
- Regularly coordinates with cross-functional departments primarily for issue resolution, information coordination, and project planning.
- Configure optimum IR inventory plans and execution for assigned categories ? locations, racking, labeling, flow, PAR levels, lead time, material flow.
- Establish relationships, maintain effective communication, and collaborate with clinicians and leadership teams.
- Facilitates the flow of supply chain product information within the value chain to certify the appropriate coordination of products to meet clinical needs.
- Identify, implement, and maintain lean / continuous improvement initiatives, with an unrelenting commitment to improving the value of the products and services provided by the supply chain team.
- Leverages technology to improve methods and processes.
- Participate as a subject matter expert in health system wide initiatives when appropriate.
- Cross-train in multiple supply chain areas to cover additional / different supply chain responsibilities when needed.
- Train and support the onboarding of new supply chain staff in the assigned procedure areas.
- Other duties as required.
Required Qualifications*
- Bachelors degree in relevant field or 10 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Minimum five years of experience in the Supply Chain Healthcare Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of reliability, commitment, tenacity, teamwork and creative energy; excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office with proven excel spreadsheet skills

Background Screening
