Job Summary
This position is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of all prospective student-athlete on-campus visits. Will additionally assist the coaching and football staff in all aspects of the recruiting process and the successful onboarding of student-athletes to the University of Michigan. Under the ultimate supervision of the Head Football Coach, this position will report to the Director of On-Campus Recruiting and must adhere to all NCAA rules and regulations.
Responsibilities*
- Assist in the execution of all on-campus recruiting efforts to include prospective student-athlete official visits, unofficial visits and game day recruiting functions.
- Establish relationships with prospective student-athletes, their families and champions of their recruitment.
- Organize applicable recruiting information as determined by the Head Coach and other football staff members.
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with vendors, hotels, on-campus assets and University staff contacts.
- Assist the Football Operations staff with daily team logistics and travel.
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Football Administration & Student Services in the successful onboarding process of student-athletes.
- Assist camp director with the organization of all institutional summer football camps and the Youth Impact Program.

Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor degree required.
- Experience at the collegiate level.
- Knowledge of and commitment to NCAA Division I Rules and Regulations as well as Big Ten bylaws.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have a service-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines and work effectively with frequent interruptions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach to challenges and improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize good judgment in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures and to exercise discretion in confidential matters is essential.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, and google mail/calendar system.
