Job Summary

Purifying phagosomes from macrophages for thorough component analysis. 

Utilizing mass spectrometry for quantitative assessment of phagosomal molecular composition post-phagocytosis.

Performing immunofluorescence microscopy to identify and visualize specific proteins and lipids. 

This role offers valuable research experience in cell biology and related techniques.

Required Qualifications*

Be a current undergraduate student at UM-Dearborn, experience in mammalian cell culture, immunofluorescence microscopy, Western blotting, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desired Qualifications*

Previous practical lab experience in cell physiology, gained through coursework or internships, is desirable.
