Course Description

Courses relevant to this position include Writing 100 (The Practice of Writing) in Fall 2025 and ten (10) weekly hours in Sweetland's Writing Workshop in Winter 2026.

Required Qualifications*

MFA or Ph.D. and demonstrated excellence in and commitment to teaching writing to undergraduates.

Union Affiliation

This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the Lecturers Employee Organization, AFL-CIO, which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
