Responsibilities*
- Management of molecular beam epitaxial equipment and facilities
- Development III-nitride nanostructures and heterostructures in support of their applications in electronic, photonic, optoelectronic, quantum, and clean energy devices
- Supervision of and collaboration with students and postdoctoral research fellows, and preparation of technical reports and grant applications
Required Qualifications*
The candidate must be experienced in ferroelectric nitride materials and devices.
