Job Summary
The Department of Mathematics and Statistics is looking for a hardworking and motivated student to work as an office assistant for the Fall 2025 term. This role also serves the Women's and Gender Studies Program.
What You'll Do
As the front point person to our office, you will greet guests, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, process printing and copy requests for faculty and staff, create flyers and social media posts, sort mail, and other office duties.

Work Schedule
Looking for students to work 10-15 hours per week. Must be able to work the following shifts: Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:00 am to 10:00 am, 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
