Responsibilities*
Program Development & Management
- Design and manage student orientation, residencies, and co-curricular programming that introduce and engage students throughout the WMBA experience.
- Partner with Action-Based Learning on MAP logistics, content, registration, and team formation.
- Oversee semester course schedules, student advising, and team formation for all WMBA courses.
- Manage budgets, analyze student feedback and program effectiveness, and ensure smooth program operations.
Relationship & Student Support
- Build strong relationships with faculty, staff, students, and alumni to foster collaboration and program success.
- Mentor and advise students, providing guidance on academic progress and connecting them to campus resources as needed.
Strategic Initiatives & Marketing
- Use student feedback to identify improvements that enhance satisfaction and program reputation.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications on student features, alumni engagement, and rankings outreach.
- Serve as first reader for all WMBA applications.
Event Planning
- Plan and execute major events including Go Blue Weekend, WMBA Orientation, and the graduation celebration.
Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
- Must have program, project, or event management experience that includes planning, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement as well as experience managing multiple projects.
- Experience delivering student learning and development programming.
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations.
- Experience in fiscal management and in preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft application suites

Salary Information:
The posting range for this position is $64,000 to 79,000. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
