Responsibilities*
The Shift Manager leads the Telefund crew through each calling shift with the support of the other student leaders and full-time staff, from planning daily operations and monitoring progress to evaluating performance and providing feedback to student fundraisers. Shift managers set the tone for each day, lead by example, and foster a community of support and encouragement.
Required Qualifications*
- Undergrads: 16-18 hours per week (3 shifts)
- Grad students: 12-14 hrs per week (2 shifts)
- Arrive 1 hr before shift
- Manages calling shifts with 15+ callers at each shift
- Attend weekly leadership meeting
- Flexible availability
- Help cover shift leadership during emergencies
Modes of Work
