Responsibilities*
Candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate Business Administration courses with an emphasize on personal finance.
- Design and deliver an inclusive, practical, and engaging learning experience that builds students' financial knowledge and real-world decision-making skills.
- Facilitate weekly in-person classes, encouraging active participation, discussion, and application of financial concepts to students' lived experiences.
- Develop, assign, and evaluate weekly assignments, a midterm assignment, and a final project.
Required Qualifications*
- Minimum of five years of related work experience in higher education, business management and / or environmental program management.
- Experience in the design and delivery of graduate and / or professional learning experiences, such as seminars, workshops, conferences or executive education.
- Minimum of five years of experience in generating written and presentation content at the intersection of business and social / environmental / diversity impact.
- Demonstrated project management, organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently, overcome obstacles, innovate, and exercise initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple, and sometimes conflicting, priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Apple and/or Windows environments; and/or Google applications.
Desired Qualifications*
- Work or volunteer experience with industry associations, global networks and/or fundraising.
- Work or volunteer experience facilitating business roundtables, industry associations or multi stakeholder collaborations.
- Work or volunteer experience with social, environmental, human-rights or justice causes.
- Familiarity with Zoom, EventBrite and meeting tools.
