- Oversee capstone and Major Design Experience (MDE) programs in Virtual and Augmented Reality (Unity, Unreal Engine), guiding multidisciplinary teams through interaction-affordance design, project management, and applications targeting social impact.
- Design, deploy, and maintain custom multimedia autograding infrastructure capable of executing and evaluating real-time game engines across varied input/output streams (scripting, frame comparison, audio analysis).
- Mentor student-led commercial game production studios, manage multi-university exhibitions (1,000+ attendees).
- Direct research teams developing web-first, accessible engines for specific genres (RTS, RPG, Tower Defense) and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration bridging computer science, digital art, and music faculties.
Required Qualifications*
- Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering (MSE CSE or equivalent)
- Demonstrated excellence in university-level technical instruction (e.g., college-wide teaching awards)
- Minimum 8 years teaching experience in a computer science and engineering curriculum
- Prior consulting experience in interactive software development.
Selection criteria based on resume with supplemental materials, in-person interview and presentation to be given to CSE faculty.
